We respect each individual as a mature person even though they need help and support.
We, Karashidane staff, also try to grow as a mature person.

We commit to provide our support “with Modesty”. Every individual has boundaries that the others must not be stepped in.  We refrain from thoughtlessly stepping into their troubles, challenges and lonelinesses which have to be carried and taken care of as the part of in their responsibility.

We empathize with the approach of trying to find positive value even in situations considered as negatives, like illnesses or disabilities.

We place great value on human dignity. If such dignity is lost, it must be restored. We believe that living with human dignity is the premise of all welfare and support.

We believe that it is important to face reality which include societal issues and personal challenges with sincerity. Karashidane values this sinncere attitude.
