People with mental or other disabilities who are eager to actively participate in society, and those who are keen to contribute to society through working — we provide a setting where such individuals can thrive.
Furthermore, for those who have the above aspirations but struggle with unstable health conditions, disrupted life rhythms, lack of physical confidence, or uncertainty about where to begin, we offer an environment where they can challenge themselves and establish a foundation for employment.
Through work and our foundational initiatives, we aim together to restore each individual’s confidence and pride. Additionally, we support those people who try to be finacialy independence.

Café Triangle
Aiming to be a local café chosen for its taste, service, and comforting atmosphere.
task: opening and closing the café, customer service, related administrative work, etc.
Lunch box Delivery Service – Karashidane Bento
We deliver delicious, nutritionally balanced lunches (bento) to the homes of elderly person, also serving as a wellness check. This delivery service is a commissioned project by the Kyoto City and is provided in the Yamashina and Daigo regions. (Please inquire about the deliverable areas.)
Tasks Involved: Preparing the bento, delivery tasks, related administrative work, etc.
Printing and Bookbinding
We offer self-publishing services for booklet creation, which includes printing, layout, design, and binding. We also handle the design and printing of pamphlets, flyers, business cards, and envelopes. Please feel free to reach out for consultation.
Tasks Involved: Design, computer-based layout tasks, print management, paper folding, data entry, operation of bookbinding and cutting machines, packaging, and shipping, among others.
CLC Karashidane Bookshop
Starting from March 2021, we initiated our bookshop operations. We handle new books, used books, and miscellaneous items.
Tasks Involved: Sorting books, inventory management, preparation for deliveries, cleaning of used books, computer data entry, among other duties.
Contracted Projects & Various Outsourced Tasks
We undertake tasks such as inspecting and assembling plastic parts, agricultural work through agrarian-welfare collaboration, cleaning facilities, mowing lawns in parks and private homes, and other tasks such as simple painting, tidying and organizing rooms upon request.
Tasks Involved: Inspection and seated tasks, as well as various physical activities are part of our scope.
